Decatur city commissioners vote down changes to parking ordinance
Decatur city commissioners Monday voted down changes to a parking ordinance after more than two hours of public comment.
The Decatur City Council approved a nearly $2 million construction contract last night to repair and upgrade the Carrie Matthews Center.
