I bought this new Seagate Barracuda ATA VI 20 gig HD. My bios recognizes it, but I can seem to get it to fdisk, format, and load an OS. I know I must be overlooking something but I'm at my wits end.
Should I just fdisk and delete the partition and create a new formatted one then format it 7 times? Or should I really run some zero out disk wiper util? Can I just boot a linux boot disk and fill the ...
