Grand Rapids City Manager Mark Washington is reviewing five years of officer-involved shootings, pursuit policies, K-9 use, and the Civilian Appeals Board following Da'Quain Johnson's death.

A Gulfport woman accused of trying to run over a deputy has died following an officer-involved shooting in Harrison County.

The Minnesota BCA has identified the Rochester Police Department Officer and victim involved in a fatal shooting on March 11.
