News documents submitted for Target at Ten Mile in Meridian Meridian may be getting a Target as new documents were submitted to the city at the location on Ten Mile and Franklin near I-84.

Meridian has broken ground on The District at Ten Mile, a 200-plus-acre mixed-use development set to feature the city’s first Target, an In-N-Out, hotels, and extensive retail and office space.

“It will redefine the shape of the Treasure Valley for generations,” the developer said.
