Man injured in shooting at metro Atlanta library; police search for shooter

A man was shot inside a library in Decatur on Monday afternoon, police said. The injured man was found inside the library and taken to a hospital in critical condition. Police have issued warrants for 44-year-old Medicus Brown in connection with the shooting.
