Issues and conversations around diversity, equity, and inclusion in cheerleading are far from new to Black Girls Cheer. They are, in fact, the very foundation upon which our organization was built over eight years ago. We remain committed to addressing these issues head-on, understanding that our mission is as crucial today as it was at our inception.
