Tonight I can confidently say that soft shell crawfish is officially my new favorite seafood! I got these from Louisiana and they came already cleaned! I lightly dredged the crawfish in flour seasoned with cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, garlic salt, smoked salt, and the garlic herb old bay. Then I fried the crawfish in hot corn oil until they got a little bit of color.
