PCACC is in desperate need of a rescue for Mr. Pibb. Mr Pibb was found as a stray and despite being microchipped he was never claimed by his owners. Mr. Pibb came in originally with mild weakness in his hind limbs which progressed quickly to paralysis within 24 hours of intake.
