Here’s a great prep drill to enhance multi-directional movement performed by @mvs__11 - Occasionally as a strength coach I will introduce some footwork on deloads or as prep movement to prepare for better quality agility drills. This is one of those cases where I’m coaching the athlete to turn their hips through their feet. - By working through the hips in this drill we are firing them up and priming them for more intense drilling next. - Try it before your next agility day. - #agilitytraining #
