Bridge kick over is the gateway to Back Walkovers! Things to work on in this skill: - shoulders over hands - head follows the curve of the spine - work for the biggest possible split - short, inline bridge (ensure you have an inline bridge before this skill) 👉Pay special attention to the shoulder alignment, if the shoulders don’t stay stacked, you may collapse when kicking over. 👉When placing your foot in the tendu, don’t adjust the feet by walking them away from the shoulders.
