EFT, or tapping, works through the body’s meridian system — the same energetic pathways used in acupuncture. When you tap specific points while speaking or humming, you help release emotions stored in the body and support the organs tied to those feelings. A simple practice (influenced by TCM) that brings awareness and flow back to the energy system. I have suggested EFT for many of my patients over the years, and I’ve seen the power of it.
