Here’s what’s happening: • The forearms are resting on two yoga blocks, giving elevation and support. • Hands are pressed together in Anjali Mudra (prayer position) above the head. • The hips are lifted high, forming an inverted “V” shape — similar to Downward-Facing Dog, but on the forearms.
