We have a 2017 Keystone Sprinter 347FWFLT mid bunk. We were having issues with the slides 'jumping' or 'chucking' when bringing them in or out. This puts extra stress on cables and motors. first step was to call the manufacturer, BALAccuslide. 2017 was the last year that a wear bar was used to support slide movement instead of rollers, unfortunately that bar tends to break down.
