Copycat books that were self-published right after my Vegan Creamery came out! Pretty sure people are using AI to make a buck on someone else’s hard work. Let me be clear: I have no problem with people using my recipes as a springboard to create their own and perhaps even write a book— with actual hard work! But this AI stuff has to stop.
