Explaining yoga like a caveman 😅 Yoga came into my life in my early twenties. As a competitive dancer growing up, all I thought of yoga was holding stretches that I could already do (spoiler: wrong!) I started going to a small studio near my apartment in St Kilda, Melbourne. I went to any class that fit my schedule (and honestly didn’t even know there were different class options until I’d gone a few times and caught on that there was a variety of paces and styles). It wasn’t until I moved in R
