味噌汁用意してたのにわすれてもーた。笑 #おうちごはん#おにぎり#佐賀海苔 ⚪︎そぼろ ミンチ(今回は豚)200g 醤油 大匙1.5 料理酒 大匙2 味醂 大匙2 砂糖 大匙1 白だし 小匙1 おろし生姜 小匙1 ①全てを鍋に入れて火をつける。結構煮詰まって水分がちょこっとだけ残ってる状態で止める。完成。 (もし脂を取り出したければ先に焼いて脂を拭き取ってからでもOK。その場合ダマができやすいがおにぎりの具としてはOK) ⚪︎焼肉炒め 牛コマ肉 150g 玉ねぎ 1/4 タレ 醤油 大匙1 酒 大匙1 味醂 大匙1 はちみつ 大匙1.5 コチュジャン 小匙1 おろしにんにく 小匙1/2 白ゴマ 少々 ごま油 小匙1 ①玉ねぎは薄切り。牛肉は適当に小さく切る。フライパンに少量のごま油で炒める。 ②全ての調味料を合わせておいて 肉が焼けたら投入する。 煮詰めながら照りが出てきたら完成。
