How Maggot Therapy Works

Flesh-eating Maggots found cooked inside Popeye's Chicken. Isn't this the same chicken they use for their chicken sandwiches? I happened to have personally heard this was an experience from a family friend from Virginia. She specifically told us that before she eats any chicken that she always cuts it open to see it was cooked properly.
