When I said “click” in class, my students thought I meant clicking a mouse… but today’s lesson was actually about the word clique. A clique is a small group of people who tend to stick together, especially in school settings. This quick vocabulary and pronunciation lesson turned into a discussion about spelling, social groups, and words that sound different from the way they look.
