So Guys, we had these two alarms simultaneously on our number two generator Synchroscope meter which subsequently didn't allow the ACB to close at the near 12 0'clock position. After troubleshooting, we found the synchroscope/meter to be the culprit. it's not possible for the two alarms; GENERATOR SPEED TOO HIGH and GENERATOR SPEED TOO LOW to be a tual alarms activated at the same time. Lucky us, we had a spare meter onboard after changing the Synchroscope meter with a new spare, the alarms were
