Josh Neille on Instagram: "Here is an explanation of how wombats defend themselves in the wild 🐻🤺first they go head first down their burrow until the reach a narrow point which they engineered whilst they dig it themselves. At this narrowing they move forward and block this with their butt like a meat cork 😂, the butt of a wombat is extremely thick and hard, almost with a bone like density, so a predator can claw and bite at it all it wants and it will only do superficial damage to the wombat
