I wrote this riveting song about my alcoholic dad who brutalized and abandoned me. He was in and out of prison and didn't care about me. So many kids pay the price of their parents actions. My dad was so mad and beat up my mom because she wouldn't abort me...so I paid the price for years. My mom couldn't handle me and her new husband (my step-dad) brutalized me so I went into foster care for 13 years.
