Over 300 inmates released from Washington state prisons due to COVID-19

Did you know that not all of Blue Mountain Humane Society's adoptable dogs are at their shelter? Several dogs are currently in the Washington State Department of Corrections' Washington State Penitentiary dog training program learning basic commands. Programs such as these offer incarcerated individuals the opportunity to self-improve through growing and expanding their skills and abilities.
