@cookinwithcaz is back for part 2. Still Day 11 but John had a very sneaky surprise.. going to show me the ropes on something I was woefully unprepared for. I don't think I've done anything like this for 20 years, so I am flailing like Bambi. A complete beginner but diving in and trying it out. John was clearly so knowledgeable and more than willing to impart what he knows.
