Last week we met up with the guys working at “Hallaryds Skogsservice AB”, a logging company based in Southern Sweden to install yet another Log Max head on a John Deere harvester. This time it’s one of our favorite larger heads the 7000C which is coupled to John Deere’s biggest wheeled harvester the 1470G. The company also owns another Log Max 7000C mounted to an Eco Log 590E and loves the fact that the head has so little downtime. Our technicians spent two days* on-site to install the interface

One of our Black Edition heads is out running in the Swedish forest. It's a 5000V pre-production prototype equipped with the Log Max True-Cut saw unit. It's mounted on a Ponsse Buffalo Dual and the driver Fredrik is used to run Log Max and thinks that the machine works even better with a 5000V on it. The head has high traction and is powerful.
