This is a hard lesson for many to learn. Stop the gossip, and keep the OPSEC. Stop telling people your business, what went wrong or right, and keep information reserved for only those who need to know it. It could ruin the perception people have about you or your church... It could ruin your witness... It could even start an offense over something completely unnecessary. Plus, if the wrong person finds out, they could use that to stir things up amongst your congregation, making things even worse
