We’ve got all the subfloors out, and I have to clean them tomorow, then new subfloor goes in. I have cleaned the studs with borax and mold preventer and now I am sealing them with kilz/primer, we got a hepa air purifier and an air monitor to make sure the air is clean. So far everyting we have done from cleaning, scrubbing, tearing walls down, taking out flooring and subfloors we have eliminated a lot of the allergens that was making our noses run.
