The TR-3B while 'officially' a conspiracy theory has been sighted thousands of times across most of the world for the last twenty or so years. it's believed to be a reverse-engineered aircraft designed by the United States or one of their advanced weapons contracts. Witnesses all say the same thing; it's has three lights on the corners, emits a low hum (if any sound is heard at all) and is so dark that it's seen only by blocking out the sky behind it.
