These incredible camera trap shots come from Loma Mountains National Park — home to an estimated 1,200 wild chimpanzees, the highest density in all of West Africa. They’re still out there, living free in Sierra Leone’s last wild forests. But their numbers are falling fast as deforestation continues to destroy their home. Every tree lost pushes them closer to danger. At Tacugama, we’re working to protect these chimpanzees — and the forests they depend on. Together, we can keep their world alive.
