This is our shepherd at The City of Mobile Animal Services, Chopper. He has only just come off the animal control truck but because he was an owner surrender, there is no stray hold and he is available immediately. Chopper is 6 months old, very sweet but his owner could no longer take care of him. He is naturally terrified and we would love to help him find a home.
