Raspberry Loaf . . . INGREDIENTS: 1 cup of raspberries Half a cup of brown sugar (90g) 1 cup of self raising flour (125g) 100g melted butter 2 eggs . METHOD: Turn the oven to 180 degrees C fan. Combine the melted butter, eggs and butter and mix. Sieve in the flour and mix again. Finally fold in the raspberries. Spoon the mixture into a lined loaf tin and bake at 180 for 35 minutes (or until a skewer comes out clean). Transfer to a wire cooling wrap and leave to cool completely before slicing. Th
