Adding a break line to Project name label

Adding a break line to Project name label
I want to edit my label so that it is able to break to the next line. When I go to edit the label for project name the 'break' option box is grayed out. How do I edit the parameter, project name, so that I am able to switch the text to multi line text or give it the option to break? Thank you
