As a running Physio the biggest mistake I see runners make is definitely: doing too much too soon too fast! We all have our running goals but often we’re impatient and want to achieve them ASAP. So we up our mileage or add in speed sessions too aggressively. Yes running more will make you faster. And yes focusing on speed will improve your times. But this all has to be done gradually and with patience. Focus on the big picture! And PLEASE be patient. Progress will come but if you force it you ma
